1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Datapath AI Division website at ai.mydatapath.com or opting in to Datapath AI SMS Updates, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the SMS program.
2. Services
The website provides information about Datapath's AI Division services, including the 60-Day AI Adoption Plan, AI Readiness Assessment and AI Governance Consulting, and lets you request a consultation or sign up for SMS updates. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement.
3. SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: Datapath AI SMS Updates, operated by Data Path, Inc. ("Datapath"). By opting in you agree to receive the message types you selected at the mobile number provided. Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to interfere with the website's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful.

The website, its content, the Datapath name and logo, and all related materials are owned by Data Path, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
